I ordered from venusenvy.ca and was happy with how quick everything moved. I got the tracking email not long after placing the order, and the package showed up within a few days. The box arrived in good shape and nothing was damaged. The only small thing was that the tracking didn’t update much at the beginning, which was a little annoying, but since it still arrived fast, it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, I’d say it was a solid experience and I’d order again.

My order from venusenvy.ca was mostly right, but one item showed up in a different colour than the one I picked. I had a feeling something like that might happen with an online order, so when I opened the box it kind of just confirmed what I already expected. Still, I double checked everything before paying, so it was a bit annoying.
The rest of the items were fine and packed decently, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall. I’d probably order again, but I’d definitely be watching the details closely next time because this kind of reinforced my suspicion that little stuff can get missed.

I used the site on my phone and it was simple to get around. The categories were where I expected them to be, or at least close enough that I didn’t get annoyed. Pages loaded fast, which always makes me feel like a site is easier to use even if that’s not exactly the same thing. Checkout was clear enough too, and I didn’t have to search forever to figure things out, so overall it was a good experience.

After checking a bunch of places and getting tired of the whole runaround, I was relieved they actually had the sizes I couldn’t find anywhere else.

I had a really good time at this workshop. It was easy to follow, the vibe was super chill, and I actually walked away feeling like I learned a lot. Weirdly, I still remember the tiny squeaky sound the marker made on the whiteboard during one of the examples, but somehow even that made it feel more relaxed and real.

The staff were polite enough, but I still felt kinda out of place while I was there. The vibe seems like it’s meant to be inclusive, but my visit felt a little awkward and not all that welcoming tbh.

They did get back to me eventually, but it took longer than I expected. Maybe I’m just used to quicker replies, but it felt a bit slow, you know?

It felt a bit too expensive for what I ended up getting. The items were okay, but not enough to make the price feel worth it. I also got a little confused because the email said one thing and the actual details seemed like another, so that didn’t really help. I’ve found better value elsewhere, so I probably wouldn’t order again.

I do really appreciate the overall feel of Venus Envy. The site comes across as sex-positive and genuinely not judgey, which is a bigger deal than it might sound, especially compared to some shops where the wording feels weirdly stiff. I also noticed the little bits of inclusive language throughout the product info, and that made the browsing experience feel more comfortable. That said, my order took longer than I expected, and I kept checking for updates more than I’d like to admit. The tracking/status info felt a little sparse, and even small things like not knowing whether it was packed yet or just sitting in the queue made the wait feel longer. Nothing was wrong with the order in the end, but the communication could’ve been better. So overall, not a bad experience at all, just not totally smooth. I’d probably shop here again, but only if I didn’t need the item anytime soon.

The staff was really helpful and answered my questions without making things feel weird or pushy. Just a easy, comfortable experience overall.
